Talaia Restaurant is a gastronomic space located on the 21st floor of the Madeira Centro Hotel, where you can glimpse the rugged landscapes of Marina Baixa meeting the Mediterranean Sea. With the aim of highlighting the nearly vanished culture of this area, the restaurant seeks to recover and reinterpret traditions, embracing the methods of our predecessors who once inhabited these lands.

Inside, the narrative resonates with the blend of different cultures that have shaped a way of understanding life around the Mediterranean, thus forming our own understanding of what it means to gather around a table.
